Note: Bulky items such as multi-packs of cat litter or pet furniture may incur additional charges. For custom shipping quotes on oversized items, please contact us directly.
Delivery Information
Orders are typically shipped via Australia Post, depending on your location and package size.
Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on destination. Remote areas may take a little longer.
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships so you can follow your pet’s goodies every step of the way.
Tailspark Pet Supplies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they’ve been marked as delivered.
However, we’re happy to help with filing a claim or following up with the shipping carrier.
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed, and incorrect addresses may lead to delays or additional shipping fees.
Delayed shipments (due to carrier issues or external factors) are unfortunate but do not qualify for order cancellations or refunds.
