Returns & Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- All returned items must be in original, unused condition—this includes unopened packaging, tags intact, and products unsoiled or undamaged.
- Items that are found to have a verified manufacturing defect may be eligible for a credit note or exchange. Please note that verification may require product inspection.
- Products with electrical components (if applicable) can only be exchanged in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty and must show evidence of a defect caused by manufacturing—not misuse or damage caused after purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted on the following products:
- Pet Wipers
- Toilet Pet Pads
- Cat Litter (Tofu & Celic Gel)
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on items returned due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or issues resulting from improper use, unless the item is faulty.
